This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between VİTALİST SAĞLIK DANIŞMANLIK VE TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) who purchases products from our website, nhtclub.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Order and Acceptance
- All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

Right of Withdrawal

Effects of Withdrawal
- If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
- Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
Returns and Refunds
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the products are faulty or not as described.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
